I paid for the Challenge but I didn't receive an email with my login information

If you used a credit card, please check to see that your card purchase was completed. If not, please reregister.

If you made a payment via ACH transfer, please allow up to 7 days for your bank to approve the payment. Once cleared, you will receive an email with your login information.

If you show that it was completed, please email us with the email you used and we will resend the welcome email with your login information to you.

You may also have misspelled your email when you registered. Please open up a help ticket with the email you'd like to use, and we'll check and correct if needed.
