The settings on your iPhone control the notification settings. If you want a push notification to remain on your screen until it is acknowledged, the banner setting on your phone must be set to persistent. The default is temporary, so you must make this change by following the steps below.
- Open Settings.
- Open Notifications.
- Under Notification Style, locate the RevWell app.
- Open the app settings.
- Change the Banner Style to Persistent.
