# Do I need to have a Facebook account to participate in your challenges?

 There will be some coaching available in the Facebook group, so if you'd like to participate, you would need a Facebook account. Do you HAVE to have one to participate in the challenge itself? No.  
All of your content will be available to you on the website under My Content.
